Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and on the phone.
• High school degree or GED (foreign equivalents accepted).
• SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registrations, and Life licenses required or to be obtained within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients.
• Educate clients to use technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions with experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
