Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in acquiring new clients and expanding relationships.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate their experience.
• Excellent communication skills, able to tailor product features to diverse client needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and deliver a consistent client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and comply with training and regulatory requirements.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses required; renewals via JPMorganChase program within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them in person or by phone to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and meet clients’ needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
