Job summary

You will acquire, manage, and retain clients, tailoring financial solutions to meet their needs using the latest banking technology and a highly hospitable service approach. You will educate clients on digital tools and collaborate with a team of experts to address complex financial needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and comply with training requirements.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses required or obtained within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting with them in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
