Job summary

JPMorganChase & Co. in Washington State is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent Chase Branch with hospitality and financial expertise. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, guiding customers to banking solutions and technology platforms to simplify their financial lives.

The role requires sales experience, strong communication, and compliance with banking regulations. You’ll work weekends and evenings as needed and pursue required licenses within 180 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 when required), and Life licenses required.
• Licenses must be obtained within 180 days of hire via JPMorganChase licensing program.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• Sales experience in Retail Banking or related fields with success in acquiring clients.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first with attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect to specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
