Job summary

Santander US is seeking a Relationship Banker to serve as a trusted advisor, building long-term client relationships and addressing financial needs across banking, lending, and investments. You will proactively cross-sell services, educate customers on digital tools, and partner with team members to meet branch goals while delivering an exceptional experience.

You will develop relationships with clients, prospect for new business, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ Years Experience selling products and/or services in an incentive-based environment.
• 12+ Months Experience in Retail Banking sales or related role with proven success.
• 12+ Months Santander experience related to the role functions.
• 12+ Months Customer service in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet branch goals.
