Job summary

JPMorganChase's Chase branch is seeking a Relationship Banker who will represent the brand with hospitality, helping clients meet financial goals using our modern banking tools. You will build enduring client relationships and identify thoughtful solutions.

You will work the branch hours, including weekends, and help clients navigate Chase Mobile App and online platforms while adhering to regulatory requirements and internal risk controls.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and meet compliance obligations.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Licensing requirements: SIE/FINRA/State licenses within 180 days.
• Weekend availability to cover branch hours.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand needs and tailor recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products quickly to consult on banking solutions with experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
