Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to represent our brand with hospitality and expert financial guidance. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, using financial knowledge to offer thoughtful solutions that address their needs and simplify their lives.

You will help clients with banking solutions, educate them on Chase technology, and collaborate with a team of specialists to meet regulatory and service standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for our clients.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk and compliance obligations, including required training.
• High school diploma or GED.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), Life licenses; must obtain within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients in person and over the phone to build lasting relationships and tailor product/service recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to effectively advise on banking solutions and connect to our specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
