You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, tailoring recommendations to individual needs while complying with regulatory requirements. The role requires weekend/evening availability and licensing commitments through JPMorganChase's program.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Strong problem resolution with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• SIE, Series 6, state registration (63 if required) and Life licenses are minimum.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them regularly in person or by phone.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to address client needs.
• Educate clients on tech solutions like mobile app, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions.
• Adhere to regulatory banking requirements.
