Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker at a Chase branch to welcome clients, promote digital tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com, and help them meet their financial goals.

You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, tailor product recommendations, and collaborate with specialists to address complex needs while upholding banking regulations. The role requires at least one year of sales experience in retail banking, strong communication, flexibility to work

Qualifications

• 1+ year sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven results.
• Strong ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to tailor product benefits.
• Strong problem-solving with attention to detail.
• Willingness to comply with risk and regulatory requirements including training.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Licensing: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required) and Life licenses; license path provided.
• Able to work hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust – ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, as well as collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
