Qualifications

• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and maintain consistent experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration, Life licenses; unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person and by phone to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com for convenient banking.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
