Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service
• Excellent communication skills in person and on the phone
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and accuracy
• Operate within risk parameters and meet compliance obligations, including training
• High school degree or foreign equivalent; relevant licenses required for employment
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings
• Regulatory licensing requirements may apply (NMLS/SIE/FINRA)

Responsabilités

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly and consultatively to understand needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology tools like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly and connect clients to experts for complex needs.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
