JPMorganChase in New York seeks a Relationship Banker to serve clients at the branch, delivering hospitality, financial solutions, and digital tools. You will build lasting relationships, understand client needs, and guide them through banking services with a consultative approach.

This role requires compliance with banking regulations and flexibility to work branch hours, including some evenings and weekends.

Formación

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and by phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training and compliance.
• High school diploma or GED or foreign equivalent.
• Unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days via JPMorganChase licensing program.

Responsabilidades

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand client needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult on banking solutions with the team.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
