Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Relationship Banker to deliver exceptional service, acquire and manage client relationships, and tailor financial solutions in a Chase branch. You will use banking tech tools and work with experts to meet clients' needs while complying with regulatory requirements.

The role requires strong communication, sales experience, and availability for weekend/evening hours; licensing must be completed within 180 days.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven success in establishing new clients and deepening relationships.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor product features to diverse needs.
• Licensing requirements: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registrations; license within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first with attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships.
• Explain products and services, connect clients to technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn and consult on banking solutions, collaborate with team of specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
