Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the United States seeks a Relationship Banker to represent the Chase brand with hospitality and cutting-edge financial technology. You will engage with clients to understand financial needs, offer thoughtful solutions, and build lasting relationships.

You will acquire, manage, and retain clients, advising on products to meet financial goals while adhering to risk and regulatory standards. Weekend/evening hours and ongoing training are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, including in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and consistency.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are needed or obtained via JPMorganChase program within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products quickly and connect clients to experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
