Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven success.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor product benefits.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone, with client-focused consultative approach.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while staying compliant with policy.
• Knowledge of risk parameters and completion of required training.
• High school diploma or foreign equivalent; licenses required within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite communication to understand and address clients’ needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
