Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in client relations, customer service, or account management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Understand the needs and goals of clients and provide solutions and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients.
• Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns raised by clients.
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and deliver presentations or reports to clients on project status and progress.
• Assist in the development of proposals and contracts for new and existing clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments to better serve clients and anticipate their needs.
• Participate in networking events and conferences to expand client base and promote company services.
