360 Network Solutions (360NS) is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join our Marietta headquarters. This full-time, on-site role reports to the Director of Operations and collaborates with Sales, Operations, Finance, technical personnel, manufacturers, vendors, and leadership.

The Specialist will manage customer requests for quotes, pricing, and project information, ensuring timely acknowledgement and completion, while actively monitoring the Estimates inbox to keep opportunities moving

360 Network Solutions (360NS) is a growing technology solutions and systems integration company helping transportation and public-sector agencies deploy, operate, and support the technologies that keep critical roadway infrastructure connected and performing. We are seeking a responsive, organized, and relationship-focused professional to join our team as a Client Relations Specialist. This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Marietta headquarters, reporting to our Director of Operations and working closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, technical personnel, manufacturers, vendors, and company leadership.

The Client Relations Specialist serves as a primary connection between 360NS, its customers, and its sales opportunities. The position combines customer service, client relationship management, sales support, quote management, and business development.

A major responsibility of this role is ensuring customer requests—particularly quotes, pricing, product information, and project assistance—are acknowledged, handled promptly, and followed through to completion. The Specialist will actively monitor the company's shared Estimates inbox and help ensure opportunities continue moving after a quote is sent.

A typical day may include responding to customers, coordinating manufacturer pricing, preparing or following up on quotes, researching upcoming bids, assisting customers with project information, and communicating potential opportunities internally.
