Parker Chomerics is seeking a customer service specialist to act as the primary contact for our customer base. You will support a variety of needs, process orders, and engage with sales and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, timely responses.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• US citizen or permanent resident required.
• 0-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Analytical and technical skills across multiple software systems.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to work in a goal-oriented, high-performance team environment.

Responsibilities

• Takes ownership of customer requests and drives them to completion.
• Process purchase orders and quote requests following contract review processes.
• Clarifies questions with customers prior to order booking.
• Monitor and manage customer portals.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer needs quickly.
• Maintain timely, clear communication with customers and team members.
