Job summary

Parker Meggitt is seeking a Customer Service Rep to support the Customer Service team in administering customer accounts and resolving issues. You will collaborate with the Parker Meggitt Customers to generate product and service orders and provide expertise in resolving complex customer issues.

The role involves administrative duties, data entry, and maintaining knowledge of account information, with a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Secondary Certificate/ Highschool Diploma or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience that will allow successful performance of job expectations.

Responsibilities

• Assists the customer Service's team by providing a variety of administrative tasks in support of customer accounts.
• Performs basic data entry and utilizes appropriate internal systems to organize customer information.
• Resolves complex customer issues and maintains knowledge of account information.
• Develops improvement plans in response to customer surveys and industry trends.
• Supports the team's activities by resolving customer product issues and/or answering questions.
• Maintains effective communication with customers.
• Assists with the generation of departmental reports and tracking against key performance indicators.
• Works to ensure the customers experience with Parker Meggitt products is exceptional.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
