Responsabilidades

• Refer to customer scripts in difficult situations.
• Improve departmental processes and company service standards.
• Keep databases updated with work and client details.
• Participate in team training to ensure policy knowledge.
• Track customer accounts and update information as necessary.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through thorough follow-ups.
