Job summary

Gradient is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Clackamas, OR. In this role, you will build strong client relationships, understand client needs, explain regulations, and provide solutions to protect operations.

You will communicate with drivers, client representatives, and third-party partners to ensure compliance and accuracy in all processes, while supporting the compliance team with essential administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or some college.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Aptitude for learning new software.
• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing support or account manager role.
• Experience supporting external clients and working with vendors.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test (including THC).

Responsibilities

• Foster and sustain client relationships through consistent communication and outstanding customer service.
• Stay informed about regulatory concepts and communicate this information to clients.
• Proactively identify client needs and offer solutions.
• Communicate with clients, employees, partners, and vendors via phone, email, and fax.
