Job summary

Gradient Inc. is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to support the compliance team with essential administrative and back-of-house duties.

You will communicate with drivers, client representatives, and third-party partners to ensure accuracy in processes and maintain strong relationships. The role requires a high school diploma or some college, excellent written and verbal communication, and at least two years in a client-facing role.

  • Foster and sustain client relationships through consistent communication and outstanding customer service.

  • Participate in ongoing learning and training opportunities.

Key Details:
  • Pay: $25.07/hour
  • Location: 9111 SE Saint Helens Street – Clackamas, OR 97015
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday; 8 am to 5 pm (occasional overtime required)

Other qualifications include:
  • High school diploma or some college
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Aptitude for learning new software
  • 2+ years in a client-facing support or account manager role
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test (including THC)
