Qualifications

• High school diploma or some college.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Aptitude for learning new software.
• 2+ years in an administrative role.
• Experience supporting external clients and working with vendors.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test (including THC).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and vendors while communicating via phone, email, and fax.
• Update client information, process invoices and payments, and file documents digitally.
• Manage monthly and quarterly fuel tax processing, prepare USDOT updates, and ensure compliance.
• Provide guidance and support to colleagues, following up on various processes and responses.
• Engage in continuous learning and training.
