Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) is seeking an Assistant Client Relations Executive Customer Representative to oversee samples entering the lab and coordinate day-to-day communications between clients and the laboratory.

You will sign in and verify samples, assist walk-in clients, update data records in Tracker LIMS, and support administrative tasks. The role requires strong English communication and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Customer Service 2+ years preferred
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
• Professional working proficiency in English reading, writing and speaking

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound client communications via phone and/or email in a timely, solutions-oriented manner.
• Sign in, verify, and organize samples against Chain of Custody documentation to ensure accuracy and proper sample tracking.
• Assist walk-in clients with sample submission and provide information on services and project preparation.
• Update client and project data records in the Tracker LIMS system.
• Collaborate with laboratory/operations personnel to resolve client inquiries.
• Process credit card transactions using Stripe.
• Provide clients with supplies and stock front office items.
• Assist with administrative and laboratory tasks as necessary
