Retirement Income Source is seeking a Client Relations Representative in Fort Lauderdale. This on-site role combines sales-focused client engagement with event coordination, travel support, and CRM-driven activity to nurture client relationships and drive advisor growth.

You will generate appointments, support onboarding, and help execute marketing events while maintaining high standards of client experience and back-end data accuracy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in client service, appointment setting, inside sales, customer success, or related role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with professional presence.
• Willingness to travel and work evenings for events as needed.

Responsibilities

• Phone-based outreach and relationship-building (approx. 70% of role).
• Generate and schedule qualified appointments for Advisors.
• Support workshops, seminars, and client events; handle registrations and check-ins.
• Document client interactions in CRM and track outreach metrics.
• Collaborate with Advisors to identify opportunities for engagement and growth.
