Retirement Income Source, part of Sound Income Group, is seeking a Client Relations Representative in Fort Lauderdale. This is an onsite role with travel, focused on building client relationships, generating appointments, and supporting advisor growth through events and outreach.

The role emphasizes outbound phone-based activity, CRM data management, and collaboration with Advisors to drive client engagement and firm growth. Some evenings and local travel are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in client service, appointment setting, inside sales, or related roles.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a professional presence.
• Willingness to work occasional evenings for workshops, seminars, and client events.
• Ability to travel locally for events and advisor support.
• CRM experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Outbound outreach and appointment setting to generate qualified appointments.
