Job summary

Retirement Income Source SFG seeks a Client Relations Representative in Cranston, RI. The role combines sales development with client onboarding support, requiring hands-on event execution and strong CRM usage, with local travel to nearby offices.

You will drive appointments, support 8–10 marketing events quarterly, and coordinate onboarding while collaborating with the Advisor to grow market presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales or business development experience with KPI ownership.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
• Excellent communication and prospect engagement skills at events and over the phone.
• CRM experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Sales Development & Appointment Setting: outbound follow-up and at least 6 first-time kept appointments per week.
• Marketing & Event Execution: scout venues, manage RSVPs, and logistics for events.
• Client Service & Onboarding: initiate onboarding paperwork and coordinate submissions with the New Business team.
• Track KPIs and log activity in CRM (Redtail) with timely updates.
