You will manage CRM data, assist with workshops and seminars, and travel locally as needed to support client engagement and business development goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of client service, appointment setting, inside sales, or related role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience coordinating events, meetings, seminars, or client-facing programs.
• Ability to work independently and follow through on commitments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a professional presence.
• Willingness to work occasional evenings and local travel.

Responsibilities

• Sales development and appointment setting; generate qualified appointments for Advisors.
• Re-engage leads, manage follow-up cadences, and maintain appoint­ment pipelines.
• Document all client interactions in CRM and report performance metrics.
• Plan and execute workshops, seminars, and client events with Marketing.
• Support onboarding of new clients and assist advisor growth initiatives.
• Travel locally to support events and client engagements.
