Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in client service, appointment setting, inside sales, customer success, business development, hospitality, or a client-facing relationship management role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a professional presence.
• Willingness to travel locally for events, workshops, and advisor support.
• Experience coordinating events, meetings, seminars, or client-facing programs preferred.
• Ability to work independently and meet performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound follow-up with workshop attendees, seminar leads, marketing inquiries, referrals, and existing clients.
• Generate and schedule qualified appointments for Advisors.
• Re-engage inactive prospects and manage follow-up cadences until booked or disqualified.
• Document all client interactions in CRM and track outreach metrics.
• Collaborate with Advisors to identify opportunities for client engagement and business development.
• Support planning and execution of workshops, seminars, and community outreach events.
