Job summary

Sound Income Group's Retirement Income Source unit seeks a Client Relations Representative in Salt Lake City, on-site. This sales-focused role is the first touchpoint for prospective and existing clients, responsible for appointment generation and supporting advisor growth initiatives.

You will conduct outbound outreach, coordinate workshops and events, onboard new clients, and maintain accurate CRM records.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in client service, appointment setting, inside sales, customer success, business development, hospitality, or a client-facing relationship management role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and proactive follow-through.
• Experience coordinating events, meetings, seminars, workshops, or client-facing programs preferred.
• Ability to work independently and travel locally as needed for events.

Responsibilities

• Sales Development & Appointment Setting: Approximately 70% of this role is phone-based outreach and relationship-building.
• Generate and schedule qualified appointments for Advisors; re-engage inactive prospects and referrals.
• Accurately document all client interactions and activity within CRM systems; track outreach metrics.
