Job summary

Hire Options, Inc. in Los Angeles is seeking a Practice Growth Specialist to support senior attorneys and drive client development. You will coordinate calendars, travel, and meetings while building pipelines of prospective clients and referral sources.

Responsibilities include research on markets and opportunities, preparing for client meetings, and coordinating with BD/Marketing on pitches and campaigns. Strong MS Office and CRM experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of executive assistant experience in corporate/professional services, finance, or law.
• Experience supporting senior attorneys, partners, or executives.
• Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience with CRM systems or professional services databases preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level executive support including calendar and travel coordination, meeting prep, communications, and deadline management.
• Build and maintain pipelines of prospective clients and business development opportunities.
• Research companies, executives, industries, transactions, and market trends to identify opportunities.
• Prepare for client meetings by developing agendas, researching and coordinating materials.
• Manage relationship profiles, referral networks, outreach activities, and follow-up to strengthen key relationships.
• Coordinate with Business Development & Marketing on pitches, proposals, events, and growth initiatives.
• Support attorney visibility and thought leadership including LinkedIn, podcasts, and events.
• Track business development activity and results through the firm's CRM and other systems.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and contacts to ensure timely execution of initiatives.
• Maintain attorney biographies and experience materials.
