Job summary
The Estate Lawyers APC in Irvine, CA seeks a results-driven Business Development Manager to partner with attorneys, craft and execute BD plans, and expand referral networks across Orange County and San Diego. Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 5+ years in business development, legal marketing, or professional services.
- Experience working with attorneys and senior professionals.
- Law firm or professional services experience preferred.
- Strong relationship development and referral growth experience.
- Excellent organizational skills and self-driven project follow-up.
- Southern California market experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage individual attorney BD plans.
- Establish and track monthly BD activity benchmarks.
- Track referrals in and out and report results.
- Identify, cultivate, and strengthen referral relationships and partnerships.
- Plan and execute referral events and firm events.
- Maintain BD activity and relationships in HubSpot.
