Aston Carter is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to support event marketing, campus recruiting presence, and prospect outreach from Madison, WI. The role blends on-site collaboration with remote work after training and focuses on client communications, proposal preparation, and marketing materials management.

Key duties include coordinating marketing at campus events, maintaining marketing resources, tracking CRM data, and preparing reports.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in journalism, English, communications, or marketing preferred.
• Minimum 1 year administrative experience, preferably in marketing or sales.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience with AI tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support event marketing and client outreach activities.
