Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a Campus Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruitment for co‑op internships and entry‑level roles across multiple business areas. You will partner with hiring managers, engage universities, and build talent pipelines while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

The role requires 3 years of recruiting experience, a relevant degree or equivalent experience, and the ability to travel for campus events.

Qualifications

• 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably college/internship recruitment.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field, or 6+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for co-op internships and entry-level roles.
• Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and recruiting strategies.
• Build talent pipelines for recurring co-op and entry-level roles; prioritize conversions.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract early-career talent.
• Support university recruiting events, career fairs, and information sessions.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, offers, and onboarding activities.
• Provide recruiting guidance to hiring managers and HR stakeholders.
• Track recruiting metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Travel to recruiting events and coordinate with multiple locations.
