Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing, campaigns, or email marketing.
• True B2B marketing experience such as social media, web campaigns, or email campaigning.
• Proposal writing experience or long sales cycle experience.
• Marketing strategy development.

Responsibilities

• Support event marketing, client meetings, and prospect outreach activities.
• Coordinate marketing presence at campus recruiting events.
• Manage inventory of promotional items and giveaways for events.
• Assist with proposal development by organizing materials, proofreading content, and preparing final documents.
• Maintain marketing resources, including staff resumes and project profiles.
• Support sales funnel tracking by entering information in our CRM and keeping internal systems organized.
• Coordinate client feedback and follow-up activities to support service quality.
• Prepare reports, emails, announcements, and other communications.
• Support annual and monthly marketing planning and execution.
• Track and report the effectiveness and ROI of marketing plan tactics.
• Improve team efficiency by maintaining templates, checklists, organized records, and clear follow-up processes.
• Complete other marketing and business administration responsibilities as assigned.
