Job summary

Responsibilities

• Executing live events from start to finish. Marketing and overseeing the response of those planning to attend an event to being live onsite at the event and then all follow up with the prospective clients after the event has concluded
• Answer phones, check for and take messages, connect and field incoming calls for event responders
• Confirm appointments by phone and email each day and maintain our team calendar
