Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with clients and prospects.
• Proficient with basic computer applications, including MS Office.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints and adapt to branch needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry-leading client service in person and by phone.
• Develop and expand client relationships through consultative conversations and referrals.
• Cross-train to perform teller duties as needed.
• Meet or exceed client service and branch sales targets.
• Engage clients with courteous, proactive service and identify needs.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Honor internal controls and risk management policies.
• Participate in staff meetings and ongoing product knowledge training.
