Job summary

Pace® Analytical Services seeks a Client Project Manager to own end-to-end environmental projects, ensuring samples are collected, analyzed, documented, and reported per client requirements. Role supports projects up to $2M in revenue depending on experience and needs.

You will train clients, manage relationships, monitor progress, and coordinate across lab operations to deliver high-quality results and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Two years of customer service or client-facing experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication, able to engage clients and internal stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train clients; set up client data in LIMS.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships; primary contact for inquiries.
• Conduct regular client check-ins to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor sample progress and ensure timelines.
• Coordinate with lab departments for timely execution.
• Educate clients to maximize product and service utilization.
• Identify churn risks and assist retention strategies with sales/ops.
• Lead project planning with lab operations and clients; ensure pricing and communications.
• Identify and resolve project issues; ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Manage end-to-end project communications and closeout activities.
• Contribute to departmental efficiency as a team member.
• Promote Pace’s mission through professional interactions.
