Pace Analytical Services LLC in Mount Juliet, TN is seeking a Client Project Manager to own end-to-end projects, from onboarding to delivery, ensuring environmental samples are collected, analyzed, documented, and reported in full conformance with client requirements. You will manage data in LIMS and work closely with clients and internal teams.

The role emphasizes building long-term client relationships, coordinating with lab operations, sales, and clients, and delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, chemistry, biology, or related field.
• 2 years of customer service or client-facing experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to engage clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
