Job summary

Pace in Minneapolis is seeking a Client Project Manager 2 to oversee project setup, sample receipts, status monitoring, and reporting to meet client requirements. The role may involve up to $2.5M in revenue and requires strong client service and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in business, chemistry, biology, or a related field and at least three years of customer service experience, with proven communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, chemistry, biology, or related field and 3 years of customer service experience or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to coordinate across lab, sales and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and set up initial client profile and data in LIMS.
• Serve as primary contact for client inquiries and issues; conduct regular check-ins.
• Coordinate with lab functions to ensure timely completion of client work.
• Monitor client health, retention, and contract renewals with sales/ops.
• Prepare project status reports on progress, risks and issues.
