Graybar is seeking a Customer Project Specialist in Lexington, KY to collaborate with customers on large, time‑sensitive projects and complex orders. You will act as the liaison between vendor and customer to ensure materials arrive at the site when and how they are needed.

Responsibilities include entry of large project orders, preparing submittals, handling returns, providing reports, coordinating deliveries, and processing invoices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience preferred.
• High School education required.
• 4 year degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform order entry on large project orders
• Prepare and revise material submittals for customers
• Handle returns and credits
• Provide reporting to customers and suppliers using project software
• Coordinate item deliveries to ensure on-time performance
• Execute job lot billing and process invoices for payment
