Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail, organizational and customer service skills, and familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office. 2+ years of experience is preferred; a high school diploma is required, and a 4-year degree

• Solid organizational and customer service skills.
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
• 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform order entry on large project orders.
• Prepare and revise material submittals for customers.
• Handle returns and credits efficiently.
• Provide reporting to customers and suppliers using project software.
• Coordinate deliveries to ensure on-time performance.
• Execute job lot billing and process invoices.
