Job summary

Supera Fulfillment, LLC is seeking a Client Program Manager to own a portfolio of laboratory, diagnostics, and medical device accounts from onboarding through steady-state production, acting as the bridge between client needs and floor execution.

You’ll lead new program launches: gathering requirements, defining kit configurations and packaging, coordinating with quality on documentation, and running pilot builds before scaling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years in program management, account management, or client services in a technical, manufacturing, or regulated environment.
• Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of accounts from onboarding through steady-state production.
• Lead new program launches: gather requirements, define configurations and packaging, coordinate with quality documentation, and run pilot builds before scaling.
• Monitor volumes/forecasts, manage change requests, and report on performance for clients and internal teams.
