Job summary

The Manager, Launch Excellence leads the design and execution of customized and scalable program launches in patient services for pharmaceutical brands. You will partner with stakeholders, translate business objectives into requirements, and drive alignment across operations, analytics, quality, and outcomes measurement to achieve strategic goals.

You will support project management, assist with design sessions, and ensure solutions meet regulatory and security standards while pursuing revenue

Qualifications

• Strong customer management and communication skills.
• Ability to influence audiences and facilitate solution design.
• Experience in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director, Launch Excellence with program launch design sessions and create Program Design Documents and deliverables.
• Partner with stakeholders to define objectives informing requirements across operations, analytics, quality and outcomes measurement.
• Facilitate cross-functional development of assets like process flows, business rules, and training materials for consistency with objectives.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Operations to ensure feasible, high-quality service delivery.
• Identify opportunities during design to enhance capabilities and delivery.
• Support Project Management by tracking requirements and handling scope changes.
• Support sales initiatives as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
