Job summary

Supera Fulfillment, LLC is seeking a Client Program Manager to own a portfolio of laboratory, diagnostics, and medical device accounts from onboarding through steady-state production, acting as the bridge between client needs and floor execution.

Qualifications

Job description

Our clients don’t want a vendor portal – they want a person who knows their program. The Client Program Manager is that person. You’ll owner a portfolio of laboratory, diagnostics, and medical device accounts from onboarding through steady-state production, acting as the bridge between what the client needs and what our floor executes.

You’ll lead new program launches: gathering requirements, defining kit configurations and packaging, coordinating with quality on documentation and specifications, and running pilot builds before scaling. Once a program is live, you’ll monitor volumes and forecasts, manage change requests, report on performance, and lead the response when something needs correcting.

This role requires fluency in two languages – the client’s clinical and regulatory priorities, and our operational realities of lead times, minimums, storage conditions, and validated processes. You’ll be trusted to make commitments on Supera’s behalf, which means knowing what we can actually deliver before you promise it.

Job Requirements

We’re looking for a strong communicator with program or account management experience in a technical or regulated field. You should be equally comfortable on a client call about specifications and on the warehouse floor confirming how a build is actually running. Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences is a significant advantage.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years in program management, account management, or client services in a technical, manufacturing, or regulated environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including client-facing presentation and reporting
• Strong problem-solving skills and comfort leading issue resolution with both clients and internal teams
• Proficiency with project tracking tools, CRM systems, and spreadsheets

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in clinical laboratory, diagnostics, medical device, or 3PL environments
• Familiarity with ISO 13485, FDA registration requirements, or regulated documentation
• Background supporting new product or program launches from concept through production
• Understanding of supply chain planning, forecasting, and inventory implications
