Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years managing multiple interrelated projects concurrently.
• Experience in client relations, account management, and program leadership.
• Knowledge of supply chain operations and reverse logistics is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; executive-level reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary liaison among client, Account Team, and Device Care Centers.
• Lead day-to-day coordination of Device Lifecycle Management and initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs/SLAs, deliver project management and revenue growth initiatives.
• Mitigate risks and contribute BI, reporting, and continuous improvement recommendations.
