Assurant is seeking a Senior Operational Liaison to serve as the primary conduit among the client, Account Team, and Device Care Centers. You will lead day-to-day coordination of lifecycle operations, monitor KPIs, and drive revenue and growth initiatives.

The role requires 5+ years of experience in program leadership, operations, data analytics, and device lifecycle management, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Project or Program Management or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing multiple, interrelated projects concurrently.
• Experience in client relations, account management, program leadership, operations, data analytics, and device lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of supply chain operations for mobile devices and reverse logistics.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the day-to-day liaison among client, Account Team, and Device Care Centers; support client-facing reviews and performance updates.
• Coordinate multiple client initiatives and workstreams; translate client needs into operational plans and track timelines.
• Provide business insights and recommendations to improve client outcomes and profitability.
• Identify process inefficiencies and lead continuous improvement efforts across workflows.
• Monitor operational and financial performance across device lifecycle and reverse logistics programs.
