Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is a fully remote digital agency delivering paid media, SEO, CRO and web services for marketing-led brands. As Client Partner you own an established book of recurring agency clients.

You will retain clients, renew contracts and drive expansion by upselling additional work. You will work with strategists and delivery teams to ensure the client hears one clear voice, while managing a seven-figure annual quota.

Base plus commission, split 50/50.

Qualifications

• Agency account management experience in marketing, digital, creative or advertising.
• Proven track record of retaining clients and selling additional work.
• Comfort carrying a quota.
• Clear, calm communication with senior client stakeholders.

About The Role

What You Will Own

• Retention across your book: the relationship, the renewal and the early warning when an account is drifting.
• Upsells and expansion: finding the next project inside each client and selling it.
• A seven-figure annual quota across retention and upsells.
• Working with the strategists and delivery team who run the work, so the client hears one clear voice.

What You Need

• Agency account management experience. Marketing, digital, creative or advertising agency. This is a must.
• A record of keeping clients and selling them more work, with numbers you can walk us through.
• Comfort carrying a quota.
• Clear, calm communication with senior client stakeholders.
