Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is a remote digital agency delivering paid media, SEO, CRO and web for marketing-led brands. As Client Services Manager you own an established book of recurring clients and ensure they stay and grow.

You will work with the strategists and delivery team to present one clear voice to clients, drive retention, and identify upsell opportunities across a seven-figure annual quota. Base plus commission with a 50/50 split is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in agency account management (marketing/digital/creative/advertising) required.
• Proven track record of keeping clients and selling more work.
• Comfort carrying a quota and providing clear communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Retention across your book: manage relationships and renewals.
• Upsells and expansion: identify and sell new projects within each client.
• Achieve a seven-figure annual quota across retention and upsells.

About The Role

What You Will Own

• Retention across your book: the relationship, the renewal and the early warning when an account is drifting.
• Upsells and expansion: finding the next project inside each client and selling it.
• A seven-figure annual quota across retention and upsells.
• Working with the strategists and delivery team who run the work, so the client hears one clear voice.

What You Need

• Agency account management experience. Marketing, digital, creative or advertising agency. This is a must.
• A record of keeping clients and selling them more work, with numbers you can walk us through.
• Comfort carrying a quota.
• Clear, calm communication with senior client stakeholders.

Base plus commission, split 50/50.
