Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is a remote digital agency delivering paid media, SEO, CRO and web services for marketing-led brands. As Client Services Manager, you’ll own an established book of recurring clients, retain them, and drive expansions.

Our sales team wins new clients; you keep them and grow them. You will work remotely with USA/Canada clients, maintaining a single voice with strategists and delivery teams while achieving a seven-figure quota across retention and upsells.

Qualifications

• Agency account management experience is a must.
• Proven ability to keep clients and sell them more work.
• Comfort carrying a quota.
• Clear, calm communication with senior client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own retention across your book, manage renewal cycles and flag early drift.

About The Role

What You Will Own

• Retention across your book: the relationship, the renewal and the early warning when an account is drifting.
• Upsells and expansion: finding the next project inside each client and selling it.
• A seven-figure annual quota across retention and upsells.
• Working with the strategists and delivery team who run the work, so the client hears one clear voice.

What You Need

• Agency account management experience. Marketing, digital, creative or advertising agency. This is a must.
• A record of keeping clients and selling them more work, with numbers you can walk us through.
• Comfort carrying a quota.
• Clear, calm communication with senior client stakeholders.

Base plus commission, split 50/50.
